The Corner Door of Wayzata Estates Sales:

We provide the following services:

- sorting, organizing and pricing of items

- provide and pay for needed special appraisals

- staff and conduct the actual sale

- bookkeeping

In return for these services, the Corner Door retains 1/3 of the gross total proceeds of the estate sale.

After the sale, any unsold merchandise, deemed sellable by a Corner Door employee, may be brought to the shop as a consignment for four months per our usual consignment contract. (Click Here for our Consignment Contract)

It is your responsibility to hire and assume cost of transporting these items to the Corner Door.
