To Consign with The Corner Door of Wayzata

If an item is deemed sellable by one of our employees, the item may be left at The Corner Door for a 4-month consignment.

Fees:
- Items sold for over the amount of $300 our commission is 1/3.
- Items sold for $300 or under our commission is 1/2.
The owner has the right to remove their item(s) at any time.

The Corner Door will keep each item no longer than 4 months and it will be marked down 10% each month. In the final month of consignment, the item will be priced to sell and may be reduced more than 10%. At the end of the 4 month contract, it is your responsibility to pick up any unsold items on or before the contract time expires. At the end of the 4 month contract period if the item(s) is (are) not picked up by the owner, it will automatically become the property of the Corner Door, Inc.

Inquiries:
We are working hard to make consigning home furnishings as easy and efficient as we can. If you are interested in consigning a piece of furniture that is large or difficult to bring in for approval, we accept e-mail inquiries accompanied by a jpeg photo of the item.
